Kelly has represented dozens of domestic violence victims for free or substantially reduced fees through the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence program.
Kelly served as a Stephen Minister through her church, St. Catherine’s Episcopal church, devoting time each week to the care of emotionally or psychically injured and struggling members of the community.
Kelly is the Founder, Past-President and current Board Member, Professional Women’s Information Network (“ProWIN”) (www.prowin.com)
Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; Arbitrator, National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”)
Member and Chair, State Health Planning Review Board (1994-2000)
Kelly donates time and money to numerous causes including, the Salvation Army, Sierra Club, The Audobon Society, Lambda Legal, Environmental Defense Fund, the National REsource Defense Council, the World Wildlife Foundation, the Nature Conservancy, and the Georgia Interfaith Power and Light (etc.), among others.

Kelly wants to thank all the generous people who responded to her requests for donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association during the June 2007 “lock-up” fundraiser. Kelly is thrilled to tell you that her friends and colleagues donated enough money to place her in the top 5 fundraisers for this event.
