An exciting and expending area of practice for Kelly is alternative dispute resolution. After serving as an arbitrator for the NASD (now "FINRA") in the early 2000s, Kelly decided to take additional training as an arbitrator and mediator. She received her certification in both areas in 2009, and now serves as a registered mediator and arbitrator in Georgia. She and group of diverse and dynamic colleagues formed Turning Points ADR, LLC, in order to better serve Georgia in the areas of mediation and arbitration. Turning Points is dedicated to making mediation and arbitration a fair and affordable alternative to traditional avenues of recourse. To that end, Turning Points offers a variety of creative approaches to the process, including co-mediation and sliding scale fees. For more about her practice in the area of mediation and arbitration, or to find out more about co-mediation and the other services provided by Turning Points, please visit www.turningpointsadr.com. You should also feel free to call or email Kelly directly to discuss any mediation or arbitration matters you may want her to help with.

In addition to the multiple matters Kelly arbitrated for the NASD, Kelly has mediated for the EEOC on employment discrimination matters. She has also served as a mediator for private parties with employment related disputes. This continues to be an exciting and growing area of her practice.
