In Spring of 2006, Kelly was chosen to present
a mock trial of sexual harassment to Atlanta’s
leading employment lawyers at the 2006 Advanced Employment
Law Seminar sponsored by the Atlanta Bar Association’s
Labor & Employment Law Section.
Kelly Recognized as Winning
One of Top 100 Verdicts in Nation -
The January 2003 issue of the National Law Journal featured
the Top 100 verdicts from across the nation for 2002.
Kelly handled most of the trial preparation and, along
with a former partner and associate, tried the case
to a federal jury in December of 2002. The stunning
verdict, by all accounts, was in large part due to Kelly's
trial skills.
