Kelly’s
reputation as an informative and entertaining speaker continues
to grow. She has been a featured presenter at the following
events, most of which included her signature written materials.
The 2008 Fifth Annual Labor and Employment Law Seminar
Kelly served as a faculty member for the Fifth
Annual Labor and Employment Law Seminar, held in Atlanta, Georgia,
and widely attended by lawyers and HR managers from across the
state. Kelly was the only Plaintiff's lawyer invited to present
at the seminar. Her presentation, “The Top Five Mistakes
Employers and Their Lawyers Make,” received an enthusiastic
response. Corporate attendees asked her to offer the presentation
in-house, which helped spark a new venture for her. (See section
