October 2nd and 3rd of 2008
Kelly served as a faculty member for the Fifth Annual Labor and Employment Law Seminar, held in Atlanta, Georgia, and widely attended by lawyers and HR managers from across the state. Kelly was the only Plaintiff's lawyer invited to present at the seminar. Her presentation, "The Top Five Mistakes Employers and Their Lawyers Make -- Plaintiff's Perspective" received an enthusiastic response, and she was asked by corporate attendees to offer her presentation in-house during the upcoming months. Kelly agreed to do so, and is also happy to offer this opportunity to any other business or entity interested in learning how to be better HR managers and in-house lawyers.
